Professor of History Omer Bartov delivered the 250th Opening Convocation address to the campus community, including new undergraduate, graduate and medical school students beginning their studies at Brown in 2013. The ceremony took place at 4 p.m. Tuesday, September 3, 2013, on the College Green. Bartov was introduced by Brown President Christina H. Paxson.
